Our fantastic client has a rare opportunity for an internal medicine vet to join their East London hospital.
This client is looking to provide a vet with this area of expertise the ability to thrive and help support their junior vets.
The right candidate will ideally have an internal medicine certificate. This is not a necessity. If you are a strong GP vet looking to focus and develop more in this area, particularly diagnostic imaging, and you want to work in a fast paced hospital with a large and complex caseload this role could be for you!
This hospital provides excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and a referral service. There is a diverse and interesting caseload. The right candidate will be fully supported by an exceptional team, many of whom are cert holders. There is also fantastic diagnostic support with a CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, a strong medical team that you will be part of, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.
The practice itself benefits from being close to transport links providing easy access across London and into Essex.
This full-time role is based on a 40-hour week, inclusive of weekend rotation, and involves a fair on-call rotation and 2 bank holidays per year. The shift pattern is made up of 9am to 7pm and 12pm to 10pm shifts, so you will have the opportunity to work with both the day and dedicated night team
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £73,000 for the right candidate. It also comes with benefits including;
