If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in an exciting, busy hospital environment.
This veterinary team is comprised of certificate holders across multiple disciplines, supported by a dedicated group of RVNs and experienced service teams, all working towards our goal of delivering outstanding patient care to every pet, every day.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will work closely with the Hospital Manager and the wider management team to support the seamless running of a 24-hour hospital. You will play an instrumental part in ensuring the efficiency of both day and night teams, while maintaining the high standards of care.

  • Team Delegation: Effectively delegate tasks and areas of accountability within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire veterinary teams, from vets to receptionists.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering the highest level of care.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to support the development of the team and the hospital.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special in the veterinary sector. If you are a dynamic and ambitious leader with a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
