Our clients practice, which is returning to independent, vet run ownership, is where you'll enjoy the many returning and loyal clients who are just bursting with excitement for their local practice to reopen!
Our client is looking for a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to drive this practice into a new lease of life, by bringing your skills, charisma, and dedication to patient care to their consulting room and theatres.
You will be supported by our experienced management team, who will be there with you every step of the way, alongside their RVN & Support Teams.
This client is very happy to support you in your area of expertise, and are happy to invest in any equipment you feel you need to provide the very best standards of care.
Within this independent group, they have a huge amount of certificate holding vets, with interests in Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology & more, who are all there to support you and guide you in case discussion.
They offer enhanced CPD packages, and are very happy to help with certificate funding. They are also very dedicated to ensuring that you feel that you are always offering the best standards of care, and that's why they offer zero perfect finance plans throughout all of the practices in the group, giving you that extra bit of support when it comes to those difficult conversations in the consultation room.
This is a Full-Time position, and because work/life balance is important, they offer a standard 4 day working week to all of their vet teams, with a small share on the Saturday rota. This position is initially going to be sole charge, but the opportunity for this team to expand and grow is very realistic. Although it is sole charge, you will be supported by our RVN, VCA, and Reception Teams.
