Are you an experienced GP Veterinary Surgeon seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Look no further!
We are working with an amazing Veterinary Hospital who is looking for someone to become part of this dedicated and passionate group of professionals.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis, offering competitive remuneration and a fantastic work-life balance in the beautiful town of Windsor. Read on to discover more about this exciting opportunity!
  • Surgeon role in a picturesque location, working 4 days per week with part-time options available
  • An opportunity to provide exceptional care to a diverse range of surgical and medical cases
  • A chance to work alongside an experienced and supportive team in a fully-equipped first opinion practice. A team of 7 Vets including cert holding vets in medicine and surgery. 
  • This modern first opinion practice boasts 4 consultation rooms, separate cat and dog waiting rooms and wards. As well as all the usual facilities of a first opinion practice, they have a dedicated dental suite, an imaging room and a full in-house laboratory.
  • This Hospital is very well equipped with a Karl Storz laparotomy tower, radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, full in-house laboratory, a Tonopen, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ECG, Capnography and much more. 
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in both surgical procedures and consultations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be on call for inpatients
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and patients
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of client and patient care
  • A team player with values that align with our ethos and the well-being of colleagues
  • Bachelor's of higher degree in Veterinary Science or relevant field
  • Valid registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
  • Additional certifications in surgical or medical specializations are advantageous
