The clinic has modern equipment including multiparameter monitors, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and a brand-new ultrasound machine.
This practice maintains a relaxed, very friendly, and supportive environment with further training supported and encouraged. The team includes a Clinical Director, Head Nurse, 5 Vets, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 receptionists and a Practice Manager.
They have a fair rota which allows the nurses to use the skills which they trained for. The nurses rotate equally between Anaesthetics, Theatre, Kennels/In- patient care and Consulting.
This team regularly sits down for team meetings to allow their team members the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas and discuss any changes as a team.
At the heart of this practice is a belief in work/life balance. Everyone gets a paid lunch break and plenty of refreshments throughout the day. There is a spacious staff room and outdoor space.
We have a friendly loyal client base, many of which have been bringing their pets to us since we first opened!
The practice has great transport links and local amenities. They are only a 15-minute drive from the beautiful South Downs and a 25-minute drive to Brighton.
The Role:
- Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Full-time – 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri (shifts 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm on a rota basis)
- Plus, share of Saturday mornings (9am-2pm) on a rota basis, currently 1 in 6
- Fair rota with no OOH required.
