We are delighted to be able to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced OOH ECC Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive hospital in the heart of Leeds.
This well established RCVS Accredited Hospital and Emergency Service Clinic, providing OOH and referral support to 16 referring surgeries. This is run alongside a thriving first opinion business meaning you will get the best of both worlds; the case variety you expect to find in a busy general practice and the opportunity to work this caseload up and provide high quality, advanced, referral level care to patients in-house.
This variety and level of care, makes this the perfect opportunity to focus on and develop in the clinical discipline you are most interested in and, as a practice that is always looking to progress and evolve, they will support you in building up a caseload specialising in this.
The rota for this role is 7 nights on, 14 nights off 8pm-8am. The salary is £55K-£60K dependent upon experience. The right candidate will work alongside OOH RVN and OOH VCA. There is support from reception till 10pm and additional twilight RVN support till 12pm. There is also support from a highly skilled team including a Surgical, Medicine, Dentistry Certificate holder. CPD allowance is at £1500 a year.
