Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist? Or do you have extensive client facing experience in the hospitality industry?
Do want to take the next step into being a client experience manager at a progressive clinic in the heart of London?
This client is passionate about treating their clients with kindness in their time of need and building trust-enhancing relationships through every interaction. The right candidate will be central to providing exceptional customer service to all clients in person and remotely (via phone, videochat, text chat).
You must have a passion for pets and for client service. Going above and beyond and making someone’s day makes you feel good inside. The role is best suited for an individual with an energetic presence, a good sense of humour and the ability to exude warmth and kindness.
The role pays £30,000 and is for eight hour days across five days a week.
Duties will include:
· Be the face of the clinic and liaison with the neighbourhood
· Greet and assist visitors and their pets in a professional and courteous manner
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
· Schedule appointments and manage the booking system effectively
· Coordinate with vets and nurses to ensure seamless communication
· Handle customer issues with diplomacy and efficiency
· Occasionally, pick up and drop off pets from neighbourhood homes
· Manage the reception and waiting area efficiently
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic and manage the cleaning crew
· Manage office supplies and refreshments
· Manage simple day-to-day administrative tasks
· Manage the clinic's social media channel (tastefully and humorously)
Skills required:
· Experience caring for pets
· Experience in the hospitality industry
· A similar role within a veterinary setting would be great, but not necessary
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Proficient in using basic office software applications (or willing to learn)
· Social media skills
If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for providing top-notch customer service in a premium veterinary clinic environment, we would love to hear from you.
